I’m a documentary filmmaker and Emmy-winning producer based in New York City and at the Texas-México border. I’m currently co-directing Traviesa, a profile on Laredo's first Olympian, Jennifer Lozano, whose story dives into personal strife and cultural hybridity. Before jumping into film, I was a community organizer working on public transit, food security, and urban planning –– so, naturally, storytelling became my way to keep weaving conversation into the social fabric.

I've worked on projects streaming on Hulu, National Geographic, Apple TV, and PBS, including Science Fair: The Series, To the End, and Messi’s World Cup. I also co-founded the Laredo Film Society to build community via the arts and help grow storytelling infrastructure in South Texas. I’ve since shifted my focus into filmmaking full-time, but I remain passionate about expanding the Borderlands cinematic universe.

These days, I’m freelancing across commercial and documentary projects, looking for the next story to tell.
